Shipping and Delivery

Delivery depends on the type of product.

• Small items and accessories (e.g. attachments, tools, spare parts) are shipped after payment is received, according to the conditions stated in the shop.
• Large machines (e.g. excavators, wheel loaders, dumpers, cranes, forklifts) are delivered via freight forwarding companies.

Transport for large machines is arranged individually after completion of the order and payment process.

After payment confirmation, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details.

Delivery times may vary depending on availability, location, and transport method.

Returns and Withdrawal

• Standard products are subject to the legal right of withdrawal (14 days).
• Returns must be agreed with us in advance.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
• Custom-configured machines, special orders, and imported products (e.g. from China) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
